Please note: “Business day” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday from our distribution center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Please allow one to two days to process your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are generally processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed. Shipping times are estimated and may vary.   Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is available via UPS for U.S. addresses (with the exception of California) including P.O. boxes, APO, FPO and DPO destinations.
  Expedited Delivery
Expedited delivery is available via UPS for U.S. continental states (with the exception of California). Expedited delivery is not available for P.O. boxes, APO, FPO or DPO destinations.

Alaska & Hawaii
Additional $14.95 for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii. Only standard delivery is available. Standard delivery usually arrives within 8-15 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Shipping Restrictions

All items on are available for our convenient Ship-to-Store feature at no charge. For ship to store orders, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. Multiple Addresses
We are able to accommodate one “ship to” address per order. If you would like to send multiple items to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order per “ship to” address. Cato Gift Card-Only Orders
Gift card only purchases are shipped for free with Standard Delivery shipping method. Expedited, two-business day delivery can be purchased for $11.95. Order & Shipping Confirmation
After placing an order, two emails will be sent if a valid email address is provided. The first email confirms your order was placed and will provide an order confirmation number. Once the order has shipped, a second email confirming shipment will be sent.
